Get your day started right with a full-body jazz warm up. Perfect for dancers of all levels, especially those working to get back in shape or maintain their technique and fitness. Class includes basic technical elements typical to a jazz warm up, as well as abdominal exercises, light conditioning and a full body stretch. Class includes basic technical elements like plies, tendus, etc, as well as abs, light conditioning.
