Service Description

Stretching (Splits)-- the secrets of flexibility and plasticity based on years of experience in rhythmic gymnastics, ballet and variety genres of circus arts. Intensive floor warm up will prepare your body for active "Russian style" stretching. The lesson is aimed on stable progressive results (not an ordinary stretching class), suitable for students of all levels who are willing to achieve their stretching goals.
